Lib-Dems don't care about your money!
Black Cat almost had kittens (which is very difficult as he is a Tom Cat) when he heard a Lib-Dem Councillor had advised a Conservative Councillor that it was none of their business how the Council spent their money and he was sick of the Conservative Councillor interfering with Council spending. Black Cat thinks it is a jolly good job that someone is watching how the tax payers money is spent.
Shame on the Lib-Dem Councillor, what is the point in electing them if they do nothing. What is the point indeed!

Lib-Dems want to spend your money!
Lib-Dems recently FOCUSED on the Bishop's Stortford Town Council Conservative's 'tiny' reduction in Council Tax of £1.37 (1.8%). Could this be the same Lib-Dems who, when they controlled the Council with the help of New Labour reduced the Council tax by the massive amount of 22p (Yes 22p or 0.8%) - albeit because some of the Lib-Dem Councillors failed to turn up at the meeting and the Conservative minority pushed through some saving. However this didn’t stop the Lib-Dems crowing about ‘their’ reduction at the next election!


Lib-Dems want your money!
Black Cat fell off the Council Table recently when he heard Bishop's Stortford Lib-Dems propose an annual allowance for Town Councillors. Luckily, cats land on their feet, so he trotted off to tell you about it!
The Conservative controlled Town Council allowed a full discussion and then promptly voted against the idea! It seems strange when the Country is in a recession and people are loosing their jobs and homes that the Lib-Dems should want to hike up the Council tax for their own benefit.
But then that is the Lib-Dems for you! I am alright Jack!
